I am having mid upper back/lower neck pain has been on and off for the past 15 years. 1 year ago, I noted shoulder movement was painful if stretched in certain direction and the pain became unbearable and affected sleep for 3 months. This make me visited orthopaedic and spine surgeon. I was told that shoulder required surgery and spine for physio, acupuncture or injection were options given.

I done my shoulder surgery 2 months ago and under recovery with physiotherapy. Overall feeling was still not pleasant and quality of day to day was not fulfilling so I decided I could not further wait and opted for Acupuncture.
